Important note~~ the size chart is the finished dress measurements not your child’s!! To measure: >>Chest~ under armpit measure all the way around the chest. 

>Length~ place measuring tape at the CENTER of your daughters shoulder and follow it down to at least 2” -3” above the knee. That should be her length. It’s important to check both!
