Everyone needs this beauty!!! White with colorful rainbow petals and 2 layers of petticoat gives it a pop of color underneath!  Details include satin ties with a corset back and LOTS of POOF!  Size is very flexible!!! Choose half or full petticoat option! 

Sizes 12m to 6 come with bloomers. Additional size bloomers can be added in the accessories section.

How To Measure:
>>Chest~ under armpit measure all the way around the chest.
>>Length~ place measuring tape at the CENTER of your daughters shoulder and follow it down to at least 2” -3” above the knee. That should be her length. It’s important to check both!
